The back inside cargo of my vehicle was completely filthy after picking it up! It appears that someone had to step into it for the repair. I completely understand that, but clean it up after! Otherwise, the repair seems to have gone well!

There were 51 additional miles put on my Cadillac xt4, while it's been repaired over the past 3 weeks. Also, scraped and dirty trunk weathertech liner. IT WASNT LIKE THAT WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. THEY MUST HAVE USED THE LINER AS A WORKSTATION. HORRIBLE AND LEFT MY FRESHLY PAINTED VEHICLE OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN. RAIN SPOTS ON NEWLY PAINTED AREAS AND MY CAR WASN'T THIS DIRTY WHEN I TOOK IT IN. THEY MUST HAVE TAKEN MY 3,000 MILE 2024 PREMIUM XT4... FOR A JOY RIDE

My car was ckean i side n out I was so hsppy to get it back... rentals are not so great Thsnk upu. I have always felt i was treated well. Never change BUT LOTS OF CHOCOLATE, DARK, WOULD BE A GREST ADDITION 😅
