The process was way too long and some of the paint doesn’t look the best. There are marks on the paint in areas that were damaged that could have been done better.

Only issue - unable to open car with key fob, or key. Finally able to unlock, but then car would not start. Message was key not close enough. Took two of us to start car, actually scary. Put new battery in key fob, even though no message. and then no issues.

I am extremely impressed, especially with Justin. He followed through on everything telling me what was happening and what was going to happen and then even called the insurance company and the car rental company I had to laugh. I called to have the rental extended and they said oh that’s already done for you and that was Justin. It was great really great
