They kept me updated on progress, and went out of their way to ensure I had my van back to me by the estimated date. The craftsmanship in the repair was outstanding. I appreciated the transparency into the prices and delays encountered as part of the process. The team has a clear and obvious attention to detail which is reassuring. When I found a crack in my windshield that expanded, they could share a photo of the crack when I brought it in which helped diffuse my concern immediately.

The customer service is excellent. Communication was great. The explanation of what needed to be done and what could possibly require more time was clearly explained. Occasional checkins were done to make sure I was up to date. This is tip top service in my opinion.
