Really appreciate the communication and constant updates throughout the entire process. Getting and returning the rental care was seamless and the entire process felt extremely smooth. My car looks brand new and I appreciate the care and consideration from the team at the Boulder Bump Shop to provide such an amazing experience!

I appreciated the transparency into the prices and delays encountered as part of the process. The team has a clear and obvious attention to detail which is reassuring. When I found a crack in my windshield that expanded, they could share a photo of the crack when I brought it in which helped diffuse my concern immediately.

I've had work done by the Boulder Bump Shop, either directly, or indirectly, for 20 20 years. They have alsoways done a fantastic Job for me, my family and friends.

The customer service is excellent. Communication was great. The explanation of what needed to be done and what could possibly require more time was clearly explained. Occasional checkins were done to make sure I was up to date. This is tip top service in my opinion.
