Jake was fantastic, regular updates, honest expectations and pushing to get the car ready as quick as possible as he knew I had a rental that I was paying for. He is a great person working hard and looking after his customers going extra mile!

The team at the Boulder Valmont location was excellent to work with. They were communicative and considerate. More importantly they made an effort to keep things easy for me - particularly thru communications with the insurance and rental car companies. Everyone in the office was dedicated to providing me with the best experience possible. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

It has only been one week, but the vehicle looks great and the paint matches. Based on emails between insurance and Caliber agents, it seems due diligence was done to make sure repairs were completed thoroughly with high quality parts.
