Glad at the speed of service from beginning to end, but for some reason now, when I put the car in reverse, it will occasionally give me a warning that my parking assistance has disabled and I love use of my backup camera.

You were very good at keeping me updated and you did a great job with the repairs! My only complaint was how long it took, but I understand that you had to wait for parts and when you found additional damage you had to wait for the insurance company to approve things. Thanks!

The wait time for car return was pushed out an extra 6 days. Not too big of a deal overall because they have great customer service and do really detailed, professional work. I would recommend their services to friends and family.

The repair seems mostly good. However, the side view mirror housing wasn’t able to be fixed. Also, the repair time was much longer than estimated. Upon picking up my vehicle, the broken part was left in the car, seats turned down and dirt littering the trunk. Wasn’t contacted about continued issues - I kept having to reach out and when informed someone would call me, it didn’t happen.
