I don’t have prior experience with bumper repairs. I had expected the finish to look equivalent to the factory finish. I was told that it would never be equal in quality - explaining the bumps and imperfections in the finish. Letting customers know on the front end would be helpful to properly set expectations.

Most of the staff was excellent. At pick-up one of the employees seemed a bit defensive when I pointed out imperfections and dust in the painted surface. This employee explained that the finish would never be as good as the factory finish because they aren’t robots.

The car looks great and everyone was so wonderful to work with particularly Jessica who had to tolerate all my calls about progress and did I need to do anything. Which I didn’t! Boulder Bump took care of it all!!! Working with the insurance company, rental company, keeping me updated, …everything! The day after I got the car back I heard a slight rattling- again help was a phone call away. They got me back in that morning and determined it was a quick and easy fix. When my brand new car was rear ended I was prepared for a long drawn out hassle and it never happened 🙂 Thank you!!!!
