I was very satisfied with your communication, but this became less frequent as we got closer to the repairs being completed. Everything looked great, but I believe the rear lift gate was replaced and the license plate light was not functioning. Also the rear passenger marker light was not functioning and maybe this had nothing to do with the repair, but we had to recognize and replace this and would have expected this to have been checked out as part of completing the repair to rear passenger side damage.
