Work was done quickly, ahead of estimated time. It did take a while to get clarification on the reason parts were left in the vehicle. Determined them to be duplicates/extra, which was great to find out. New/bagged parts in a returned vehicle could lead to uncertainty/doubt about RO completeness, so a verbal explanation during vehicle return or note on the RO could have met my expectation about being informed as to their purpose/presence in the vehicle, so I didn't have to email/call.

Took a little longer than initially anticipated, but these things usually do. Very painless for the kind of experience this usually follows. Love the inside detailing of my car, felt like I brought it home for the first time again!
