Boulder Bump is one of the best, very possibly THE best, body shop in Boulder County. I would not take my car anywhere else. From the quality of their work--fine craftsmanship, really--to their excellent customer service, they are second to none. What a wonderful world it would be, if all companies were as competent and trustworthy as Boulder Bump.

The length of time for turn around wasn't an issue for me as I wasn't the at-fault party. That said, a month for a small scratch seems excessive. As I said, not a problem this go around, and you all were at least up front that it would take some time, so it wasn't a surprise either. Everything else was worth the 10/10, great communication, great results. Thanks again guys!

Your technician sat on the seat and left a bunch of oil stains. You may want to have them use seat protectors. Excellent job otherwise!!!!

Though the repair was well executed, there were too many inexplicable delays to warrant an overall feel of satisfaction about the experience.

the assurance given at the time of bringing the car for service did not match the delivery of service, either on cost or time to complete the work. I felt that the 5-10 business day to complete a service is a pat answer given to customers. The car sat on the lot for nearly 2 weeks before the work was started!
