I came into Boulevard Collision repair about a month or two ago, and talked with service writer, about a piece of molding on our 2012 Toyota Camry, that came off. This is the 3rd time I have brought the vehicle in to have it looked at. Recently it fell off again, and was being held on, with some sort of MASTIC glue, and not properly done with CLIPS. I was told that this repair was under warrantee for as long as we own the car. We had it repaired through Auto Club. I expected to hear back from the service writer, and I have never heard back. We have had the car worked on TWICE. This molding was repaired during the approximately 2014 accident where someone hit my wife and they were totally at fault. Please order another left rear Brown carpet molding with proper clips to complete the job properly.
