I have been a customer of Bournes auto before when they sold me my first car and I was relieved when I was told that I could bring my car there to have it fixed. They kept me informed throughout the process and did a beautiful job with the repairs. As I had mentioned when I picked up my car tonight, I am absolutely buying my next car here.

Having had body work done in the past by Bourne's, when the need for body work was needed again, I informed Liberty Mutual that even though Bourne's was father away than their recommended repair facility, I wanted my vehicle to repaired by Bourne's. Lucas was my contact person. He walked me thru the process, accommodated my schedule, provided pick up and drop off transportation and explained the work that was done. The workmanship, attention to detail and the cleanliness of my car confirmed I made the right decision returning to Bourne's.

Without question I would and have recommended Bourne's. Their repair shop had worked on my car previously. Since then I have moved out of the area. When going thru the process of connecting up with a repair center, the representative from Liberty Mutual was settting me up with a place closer, but I informed them I prefer to drive out of my way and have Bourne's do the work.

It baffles me how the repair team is able to match the paint on a vehicle that is 3 years old. Their talent and skill is to be recognized. Not only was the car repaired to perfection, it also looks like it was detailed inside and out. I felt I drove off their lot in a new car.

Lucas was my contact person at Bourne's. He initiated the contact once Liberty Mutual gave my information. He was most considerate of my time schedule. He also provided transportation for me to and from the shop. I was told what would be done as far as repair work, given a completion date and a walk thru the finished job.
