We purchased a 2019 Nissan rogue it had some issues when we bought it grant we dropped it off to you guys after the ninety days however my husband couldn't drop it off because he couldn't get off work he works a lot he works for CRA the internal locks weren't working and about the 3rd or 4th day after we bought it we noticed the back bumper on the driver side was separating we knew we should have taken it into you guys but couldn't then we got into a minor car accident it side swiped on the driver's side let front fender the guy at caliper noticed the separation of the bumper and asked me if it happened in the accident I said no and you guys wouldn't cover the price to replace the bumper we had to pay you $1,300 for the back bumper which in our minds we shouldn't have paid for it it was like you didn't believe us when we told you we noticed the separation 4 days after we bought the car we were out 1,300$ and we were without our car for a month and a half things as far as we are concerned weren't done in the right manner we had no reason to lie about the back bumper if it did happen in the accident we would have had calliper replace it but we told the truth and had to pay for the back number no we are not happy I'm sorry.

Quite honestly I brought my truck to the dealership thinking I would get the best service, well I am very dissatisfied. The things that were repaired were correct, but the "finished" product was overall bad I am having to pay 950 dollars to have the paint color corrected and polished because the vehicle was returned to me looking like 2 different colors, I had to use paint thinner to get the sticky film from the windshield that you installed. I am very disgusted with the quality of the completed job and will not return to your dealership nor recommend them to any other people!! who's even heard of a professional body shop that does not have a person to wash vehicles
