Doug Kalbfleisch was amazing again with customer service and timelines. This is the second time in 5 months someone hit the front of our parked car cause the bumper and other parts to be replaced. Doug always kept us informed through the entire process and was amazing 10 out of 10.

I was on the hunt getting several estimates when I found Brad's. I met with Doug and he patiently walked me through what the repair would entail, made sure I didn't feel worse for my own mistake and provided me a fair estimate (cost and timing for the work to be completed). While the car was with them I received frequent updates/communication (via text which was my preference). They completed the work beautifully on time and in line with the estimate. Thank you Brad's!!
