I dropped off the vehicle on a Wednesday and was told I would be sent updates and it should be done by the following Monday. I didn't hear from anyone so I called the following week to say I hadn't received any information. I was told it wouldn't be ready until Friday. I went to pick up the vehicle on Friday. The first thing I noticed was that the paint did not match, exactly. The Brad's rep agreed. I thought, if it was that obvious to me, a technician would have noticed and corrected it. I was told I could bring it back and have the color corrected. I appreciate that but it isn't easy to lose the use of a vehicle. So now I'm trying to see if I can schedule a convenient time to take in the vehicle or just leave it as is. I believe the work itself was done well. I just happened to notice it and know it's there.
