Unfortunately, this is not my first experience with Brad’s, but as always, Doug and the crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Every time I leave with my 100% repaired vehicle, I say, “I hope I don’t ever have to see you again” knowing that I will always bring my damaged vehicle to Brad’s and refer to anyone that may be in need. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Brad’s Collision Center and I couldn't be more impressed with the work done by the technician, Doug Kalbfeisch. You could tell Doug really cares about the quality of his work — he treated my car as if it were his own, making sure every part was spotless and functioning perfectly. I have cheaper estimates than Doug estimates, after taking with Doug i chose to go with him. Great experience and excellent customer service with Doug, it is very hard to find people like him today. The headlight that i complained about being pitted, was not replaced. I looks like it was just buffed out and has minore scratches from the buffing process and is more faded than the existing headlight
