Doug was once again amazing! This is the second time in almost abyear my poor car has been hit. 1st time I wasn't in it and he and his team did beautiful work! This time I lucked out and only my hitch was hit pushed under the car. I called and Tracy had it to where I could drop-off my car before work. Doug met me there and once again the car was fixed to brand new. Thank you guys so much!

Brad’s did a great job on my Toyota Tacoma tow hitch and bumper. Not only were they the most competitive estimate out of 3, there were no surprises or last minute add ons to the final bill. Doug was my estimator and contact at Brad’s and he communicated and kept me informed the entire time. Great customer service. True to his word and great workmanship:

The repair turned out beautiful! I knew how much it would cost and each detail was explained and a timeline given. I was updated with how it was going and called when completed. Very impressed with the waiting room hospitality and there’s even a kids playing area keeping little ones happy. Doug was who initially met with me and also ended with me making sure I was happy with the results. Will definitely return (hopefully won’t need to) and refer others. Thank you.
