Doug Kalbfleisch was amazing again with customer service and timelines on my Armada this time. This is the first time my Armada came in for service as someone hit the front of our parked car causing the bumper and other parts to be replaced. Doug always kept us informed through the entire process and was amazing 10 out of 10. We will continue to use this shop in the future.
