Fortunately, I've had only a couple of prior occasions requiring the services of a collision repair shop. However, this is by far the best work I've had done. With all the choices available, had this not been a brand new car and, therefore, insisting the repairs be done by the dealer, I may have selected a different shop. However, if I have similar needs in the future, Bradshaw will be my choice regardless of the vehicle I need repaired and will be the only recommendation I will ever give to family, friends and associates.

Top notch repairs! The vehicle is new and looks as perfect as the day we drove it off the lot. An A/C component was also damaged and the system runs as if it had never happened!

It took a month to get the repairs started due to parts being backordered, which is beyond the shop's control. However, once all the parts arrived, they got it in and helped coordinate with the service department to get the preventative maintenance that was due completed at the same time, getting it all done in the space of two days. Throughout I only dealt with the shop manager but he was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to every one of my questions and concerns.
