was very impressed with work and ease of their connection with Liberty Mutual. My only issue is I was initially told by Liberty that I owed the deductible so I paid Braintree 1000.00. The next day Liberty said the deductible was waived. I've been in touch with Liberty but have not heard back yet as to how to recover the deductible.
