The “status update” email arrived two days after the car repair was completed. Otherwise, service to the car was excellent.

Very satisfied with service snd workmanship at Brannings Collision in Brick, NJ. Only kept back the 1% out if 10...should something pop up in future. Car looks and drives like new 😊

Yes I would recommend them. One place I called they said they were 4 months behind I called them Branning collision they said come right down for an estimate .

I was very impressed with the service of Branning Collision . When I spoke with Brian he was very pleasant the atmosphere was very great everything that he promised the timely of the service when it wasn’t on time they called if it was a delay or a part was not delivered to complete the job . It was quick. I went to Florida for my birthday on the 8/27/21 . I left my car on 8/25/21 he said my car will be ready on 8/31/21 .and it was a part was back but they called me a day before to let Me know that it may not be there I was very grateful they called . The part came that Morning of the 31st . He finished the car & call to say u can picked up your vehicle before closing on 8/31/21. They an awesome job on my vehicle I was very satisfied with work . If I have any more collisions this where I will take my car I highly recommend Branning Collision. Excellent work great work & fast

I hate to say it, this is the third time I've had to bring my car to Branning. Everyone keeps running into my beautiful Porsche because it sits so low!!! Whhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaauuuu!!!! But Branning does a great job getting my baby back to ia pristine condition.

Pleasant service, communication was poor. I was told the car would be ready within one week, it took 3 weeks and no one had followed up to let me know status. I had to follow up to find out and it took longer than expected.
