I have used Branning 3 times, and this last time i was so dissatisfied. I picked up my car and it was covered in dust and dirt. So i drive home and was totally upset and called to ask if the car was supposed to be cleaned. They tell me yes that they took my car to the car wash. NO WAY possible. So i was told to bring the car back so they can make me satisfied which i thought was super great. My mom came and sat with me, and after about a half hour they apologized again and i get back into my car. STILL A MESS. I totally do not understand what they apparently were doing with my car while i sat and waited. There is NO way possible that this was acceptable.
