BMW was side swept by a parking car damaging the front fender. Mike at Branning explained the scope of work needed. The finished work was of high quality and was done ahead of schedule! Branning makes the overall experience rather smooth with the rental car pick up and return from their facility. Highly recommend them.

My Experience

We brought our car in to repair damage on both the side and rear - we expected the repairs to restore all visible damage but the rear of the car still has large scrapes/scratches that were not addressed. It was missed at pickup because we thought the scratches were bird droppings (car was parked under a tree) and only upon trying to remove at home with wipes we realized they were scratches. We called/emailed pictures right away to report it but we have not received a response as of yet. If this was not going to be addressed with the repairs, it would have been helpful to have had this more clearly communicated so we could have evaluated if we would have potentially chosen another vendor who would have been willing to do so.
