There are still things that weren't repaired. It took longer than insurance would cover the rental for so I had to come out of pocket for $900.

At the beginning, I was very pleased with Ivan. As my car was getting repaired, I would have liked to have been in the loop more. I had to call him numerous times to supply the insurance company with invoices, etc.
