My car now have a lot of problems. I don't know why somebody was looking at my ingenie and my battery is bad now too. I have to buy a new one when I take my card there everything was fine .

I will never use Bravo caddillac again.. first they were late repairing my vehicle..next they lost my keys which prolonged my vehicle a week.. I picked up vehicle when ready and it had fresh damage to bumper as if someone just backed up into something.. then I get called to pick up and my vehicle has spillage of something on passenger seat. I'm so disgusted right now ..I should call back and file a complaint and demand a cleaning of my interior but I know it will fall on deaf ears.. I just don't feel like leaving my vehicle another week.. so disappointing

Only thing I would recommend is to think about adding online tracking with daily updates so that the customer doesn’t have to call to find out the status of the repair.
