The team at Bricon were EXCELLENT! I was very nervous about the insurance claim process and how repairs work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly satisfied! My Genesis was restored to its pre-accident condition in a timely manner — excellent craftsmanship, and I was not disappointed. The team is truly well-versed in collision repair. What really stood out was the little things. When I dropped off my car, I accidentally left my blue Yeti mug behind. When I returned, the team had it waiting with my name and number on it. That kind of attention to detail told me right away that my car was in good hands. My Genesis looks exactly like the day I drove it off the lot — brand spanking new. Special thanks to Elli, John, and Jeff for taking such great care of me and my baby!
