Great customer service. Were very upfront with me and updated me every step of the way. I think they even cleaned the cab of my truck once it was done? They did a great job. All parts have a limited lifetime warranty too. Added bonus. Thank you!

I have never received service as wonderful as this. They literally brought my rental to me while I was at Brecon and and the work on my car was done in two days. I didn’t have to do anything great customer service great people that all around like 150% on a scale of one to 100%! Great Great service all around !

Going through Geico was convenient but the time line was maddening and then having to go back to fix problems I didn’t have when I first got there was a bit ridiculous to be honest.

The job took at least a week longer than I was originally told it would, and when I got the vehicle back, while the original problem was fixed, a new problem had developed. Admittedly they did replace the mirror they broke at no charge and did a good repair on the original problem, but it was less than pleasant overall.

While the process was annoying, the staff that I interacted with were always pleasant to be around and did replace the broken mirror free of charge.

The only complaint is that there’s a strong paint smell in the car that hasn’t cleared after some time of driving with all windows open. Not sure if avoidable but would be nice if anything could have been done. Otherwise very satisfied with the service and the results.
