The front office were very professional, friendly and polite. Also, the repairs were completed sooner than expected, which is always a positive. I was truly appreciative of the car being cleaned, both inside and outside when picked up. Eli was very helpful and informative when processing the return of the rental car as well as picking up my car after repairs were complete. My experience was definitely a positive one.
