It should've been explained in the beginning how long this would take because of the amount of work that needed to be done. The adjuster came looked at it took a picture. Check the odometer close the door and left. That's under a minute.. The insurance hasn't said anything about the amount of work that needed to be done. It's not till I got the 13 page bill that I realized how much work was done. I did ask for the driver side vent guard to be tightened and it wasn't so I really can't say anything given the amount of work that you did. So thank you for all that you did and putting up with me😁 Will be recommending you to the guy who got his car done by another shop and didn't get his windshield calibrated Thank you again

I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop. The team was professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. My car looks like new. They did it an excellent job and even cleaned the car before returning it to me, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality body repair. They help me with the rental car too. I didn't have to return it myself.

Very patient very kind on the phone. My only issue was not setting a realistic timeframe for when the car was ready. Pick up date just kept getting pushed and I had to call myself to follow up.
