The team at Bridge Street is not only very friendly and professional, but they help with all the insurance paperwork and make it carefree to you. They also send you a text on your car progress. I hope to never get in an accident or get hit (again), but if I do, Bridge Street is where I'll be taking it and making sure to tell my friends and family the same.

Repair of damaged car panel looked great. During this repair, the passenger door needed to be disassembled. When this happened, cosmetic damage occurred. Also, pieces of the door were not fully re-secured. The door is functional, but it is disappointing seeing the cosmetic damage. Also, trash was left in the car.

Fred did a great job with the work that was done. He advocated for me for what was necessary to be fixed, even though insurance did not have their information correct, Bridge Street auto did anything they could for me! Would recommend to anyone!
