I only received the pictures that were promised throughout the process once. I let them know I hadn't received any pictures and did not see to care. The completion date was changed several times. At the end the lady wanted me to sign all the paperwork without even explaining it or showing me the finish product. The signature line said I was signing that they had reviewed everything with me and shown me the finished product. I mentioned to the lady I was not going to sign something that had not occurred yet, she said she usually does everything after the signature. The lady seemed extremely annoyed that I refused to sign everything before they did what I was signing for.
