The customer service was A1. Kelly & Samantha was amazing. They helped to ease my frustration and made the process seamless. The service department did an amazing job putting my car back together & it was so clean when I got it back. The office was clean & inviting, which made me comfortable leaving my car there. The only issue I am having is the tire light was on even after I took it to get air. Which I will call about Monday. Thanks you guys for everything!!!

My Experience

Prior to my car accident I had no lights on my dashboard. Upon picking my vehicle up the light was on and I was given zero assistance with how the light came on. When I asked Charlie for a way to better understand he became argumentation and accused me of arguing with him. He shared a document he had when asked about the light that had come on unwillingly.

Smooth & seamless experience. Charlie was great and handling repairs and keeping me up to date on progress. He handles extending rental car as needed and was able to coordinate enterprise to pick up my rental from the shop. Second time having to use Briggs. A+
