Smooth & seamless experience. Charlie was great and handling repairs and keeping me up to date on progress. He handles extending rental car as needed and was able to coordinate enterprise to pick up my rental from the shop. Second time having to use Briggs. A+

• Good thing was that car was delivered earlier than expected. • But, the fender above the wheel was missing at pickup but was reinstalled within 15 minutes. • The charging port gasket was also not installed properly, and the charging door sticks slightly. • I also found a couple of loose screws in the trunk and am concerned something may not be installed correctly.

Wonderful, friendly, professional, knowledgeable team. The service offered for customers of Enterprise Car Rental (Belmont) is a very convenient, "above-the-call-of duty gesture.
