I had such an amazing experience with Briggs! I want to give a shout out to Wayne, the manager who ensured I was thoroughly taken care of! He went above and beyond to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle repair and the communication was above and beyond! Lauren ensured I got value parts replaced on my vehicle and Sihoney who was the tech that worked on my vehicle did such a phenomenal job that I can’t even tell that my vehicle was repaired! 5 stars to the entire crew that were involved in my vehicle repairs!!!

The job on the sunroof that was put in that was good, but they left fingerprints all over the headliner and it’s still on there. It makes the job look very unprofessional.
