We had a great experience with Briggs. Everyone that I came into contact with was kind and helpful. I spoke with Stephanie on the phone several times and she explained everything that would happen so that we were well informed. Charles was also very kind and kept us up to date on the repairs, which were completed earlier than expected! You never want to have to deal with car repairs, but when you do, you want the people that you work with to be just like everyone at Briggs. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs repairs, and if I am ever in this situation again, will use them again without hesitation.
