Was called and told my vehicle was ready for pickup, that was far from the case. Upon arrival, I spent 2 hours waiting for the team to actually finish the job. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I noticed my steering wheel was placed on crooked and pulling left. After lunch I had to return to have this issue resolved, which took another 45 minutes. Since leaving, I have found a number of other issues with my vehicle and will be calling sometime this week to schedule a time for you to finish the job. Blown away it has taken this much effort on my part.

While I hope to never need your services again, you made everything simple and easy. Everyone was very friendly and somehow managed to make getting my car repaired after an accident a pleasant experience. You took care of everything and set a new standard for professionalism. My car looks great! If I ever need body work done again, I’ll definitely come back to Brigham and Gill’s.
