Overall from each person that I spoke with it was Very difficult for me to get information about my car. I spoke for 5 different people regarding my car and 4/5 of those people told me they would call me back at a later date to give me an update on my car and never followed through. I sustained a head and neck injury from this accident and the employees made the situation with my car much worse. They told my insurance multiple times my car would be ready on a specific day and then only by me calling to confirm with someone did I find out that my car would actually not be ready on the day they said. There was poor communication and made it very hard to trust the work was being done.

You got the parts for the vehicle much faster than I expected, and it was incredibly fast to hear that the repair and maintenance time was all resolved within two weeks. I was touched that they did almost perfect cleaning of the interior after the repairs. If you need vehicle repairs or maintenance, I highly recommend this place.

The work was completed quickly, and was well done. Including cleaning the car and upholstery afterwards, which was a nice and appreciated touch. Apex handled the communications with Progressive, so there was not much we had to worry about! Thanks again.
