Absolutely amazing experience with Apex Auto Body in Framingham. Will recommend to everyone in the area for auto repairs! I had to have my bumper, trunk, and side repaired and was new to my particular auto insurance. Tays, Rayane, and Rob were incredibly communicative throughout the process; they clearly and continously had my best interests at heart, advocating and requesting on my behalf when neccessary even with my adjuster as well as car rental agency. I received updates from their team regularly, and they were incredibly approachable with questions or needs I had including after I had picked up my vehicle. They made the process exceptionally easy and smooth. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Excellent experience. Everything from the reception staff through a walk through if the repairs needed on my truck and the finished product was 5 star. I spoke with at least 4 people felm the frobt end through the technicians working on my truck including multiple conversations with Jim and Daniel looking at a problem for me, different than original job, for potential future work without making me come back to start new. Thank you.

When I called to schedule the drop off of my car at Apex, I was told they transferred my rental car to the Framingham Enterprise and that Enterprise would deliver the car to Apex. The transfer did not happen as I was told because the person at Apex never made the call. The girl at the counter when we checked in at Apex said she would call the rental car place to deliver the rental car while we assessed my car damages with the estimator. She never did it either. The estimator had to make all the transactions after we asked a third time for the rental car. All of the steps that they said they would do were not done and in turn we ended up waiting for over an hour to finally get a rental car that was never delivered. We had to take a shuttle to Enterprise. The whole ordeal took longer than it should have and messed up our schedule.
