I mean the repairs were great, but the communication was terrible. You let us know 30 minutes before closing that the truck was done. I work in Boston, my husband works in Worcester, we had zero heads up it would be finished that day. Then you said our rental car would probably be null and void because the repairs were done ahead of a holiday weekend. Then when my husband showed up to pick up the truck he found out you’d moved it to another branch without telling us! So, again… thanks for the body work, but you’ve gotta get yourselves figured out.
