There was some issue with the payment based on the assumption that the insurance company was going to pay me directly for the estimated cost. I had signed a form telling the insurance company to pay them directly, which they had at the time of the discussion. It was resolved quickly, but for a moment, it felt like they were attempting to overcharge me, especially when they told me that "it was between me and my insurance company" to work it out.
