Aside from not consulting me about the plate I can even overlook the bottom chassis plate not being installed correctly. The service was great and well done. Just ask about doing things nobody asked to be done. U can tell there was no damage to that area of the bumper too so why?

I’m confused as to why I wasn’t consulted about putting my license plate on the front of my car the way it was. The plate attachment was not on the car originally and I did not ask for it. Also the bottom protection plate was never installed properly and left hanging. My biggest disappointment is the plate and why no one bothered to ask and assumed to install something that wasn’t there in the first place

From start to finish it was a very quick process, much faster than I had expected. Also was pleasantly surprised to find my car was detailed upon pickup. Not only did they make the outside look brand new from the accident, they made the inside look new again. Thank you !!!
