So far its great! It did take a loong time and I wasn't updated at all n had to keep checking in. Every time I did call though I was immediately able to talk to Brian who was always helpful n informative. Good overall experience.

Roger was great but why do I bring my car in to be fixed on the date that I’m given and then it sits there for weeks before someone actually starts working on it? That’s a terrible practice.

I am nearly completely satisfied. When I brought my van to you, it had four working LED headlights. On the last day you had the van, I got a call saying that the fuse for the driver's side low beam keep blowing and that they thought the problem was in the led light. I authorized them to replace it with a regular light since a replacement led was not easily available. Come to find out, the passenger side low beam doesn't work either.

I wish there was more communication between myself and the repair shop. I called a few times asking for status and had to call back. The estimate was 4 days. At the end of the 4th day I called and they said it would be another day. Then I had to wait through the weekend and got my vehicle at the end of the day on Monday. There turned out to be more work than was estimated that delayed me getting my vehicle. I just wished it was communicated to me when they found it so I could manage my expectations and make arrangements for alternate travel for myself sooner.

Brian was great to work with. He was very professional, courteous, and genuinely cared for my concerns. He explained the repair process in great and straight forward detail. I am completely satisfied with the quality of the repair. The fit and finish of the work is excellent. The vehicle drives and operates without any degradation from its original condition.

Everyone that I had contact with at Brighton Ford Body Shop were very helpful and professional. Brian kept me up-to-date on the progress of my repairs. When I called with concerns I was able to speak to Brian and when he was not available Jerry returned my call. Michelle was very pleasant to speak to on the phone and in person. When I picked up my car, I was very pleased. It was like picking up a new car. The interior was all clean along with the exterior that was repaired. genuinelyconcerned and sent me pictures.
