My first encounter with the receptionist was refreshing; she scheduled me for my repair as soon as available and said I could also bring my car earlier in to get an estimate of how long repairs may take. Tom scheduled me to bring my car in earlier than my original appt after he saw my damages and said he would do his best to get me my car back by Friday if I brought it on monday. My front bumper arrived on Friday and he still had it painted and prepped and installed on my car by 4:15 on Friday. Thanks so much for your courtesy, professionalism and great workmanship. I'll defiantly come back in to future if I need repairs.
