I feel it took way too long for a minor repair to be done after waiting 3 weeks to be able to bring the vehicle due to backup. I waited the 3 weeks just to wait once the vehicle was taken in. It then took another 35 days for the car to be repaired causing me to pay out of pocket after day 30 of my insurance coverage for a rental. Honestly although everyone was very nice, I feel my vehicle was pushed to the back due to it not being as big of a repair for the company. Of course the bigger the repair the more money. I believe my car was only worked on once I began calling. I can't prove this but the elements point to this. I was disappointed. Truly.
