Unfortunately the bug deflector on my hood was left off and a small indention/ding was noticed on my front grill that will need to be repaired. I will have to drop my truck off for this repair and I was told the repair should be completed in about two days.

There are significant gaps in the reassembled parts, there were many fasteners and parts left thrown all over the back seat and the vehicle still shakes while driving. I’m a little upset given the time the vehicle was with the shop.

Kept getting told It be ready in two days. after having to reach out to them to see what was going on because they keep saying it was going to be ready but it wasn’t. Received no communication about the progress. Also called the lady at the front desk she forgot to put me on hold and I could hear her in the background saying that I wasn’t the only customer there that they had and she couldn’t get me any information on my vehicle. It said she’d call me back and two hours later she never called me back.
