Your staff or courteous, kind, and very helpful every time I called to check on my vehicle. They went above and beyond to help me understand the process. When I picked it up, they also explained the invoice to me walk me over to the vehicle for me to check on the repairs and approve of them. I told Sam when I brought it in that the tow hook got knocked off. Body shop missed it. I told Sam about the issue. He said his parts guy was ordering it. I haven't heard from him since I picked up my car on Monday. My next step is calling the manager. Would have been a 10 if this had been promptly taken care of.. signed Still waiting.

Sam, the customer service representative, was very customer focused, making sure that my insurance claim would be handled properly, keeping me informed, and arranging for convenient transportation for me from and to the shop. The work on my car appears to have been done properly and they did a minor repair beyond the scope of the repair order. My car was washed and they even cleaned and vacuumed the interior. Brondes body shop will be my choice if I need body repairs in the future. Thank you!
