Your girl in the repair department was nasty and rude. The car was there for supposed to be six wks and finally after a mo I got a rental car from Brondes for about 5 days and your girl in the body shop acted like it was a big deal to do it. We were the ones inconvenienced not her.

He asked me for my pin for my credit card and wanted to take it away down a hallway in a different area where I could t even see him. Then I told him I was paying $100 in cash and $150 on my credit card and he rang up $250 on my credit card?

Was very upset with the customer service I received. I was told on 3 different occasions my car was ready and it wasnât . I didnât have my car for 4 weeks and 3 days.
