The communication was amazing whether by text, phone or email. When I reached out to brooks the response time was very quick and Percy was also good in just checking inf to offer updates. The line of communication with Percy was something I have not experienced in the past with other body shop companies

My interaction was through and as a result of damage to the car while in Mercedes of Oakland. Repair seems good

Repairs appear excellent. A little disappointed with the condition of the car on pickup from Oakland Mercedes. There was what appeared to me to be overspray over much of the vehicle. It was implied that the car was received by your shop in this condition, but I would beg to differ unless it was the result of something Mercedes did while it was in their possession. Mercedes did resolve the issue before we left. That resolution took over an hour of time we had not planned.
