You never want to have to go to a collision center, but when you need one, Fix Auto is the place you need to go. When my car was hit recently, it was an EASY decision to bring my car here (this was my 3rd time). They're quick and go the extra mile (I VERY much appreciate them washing and vacuuming my car). I went through Geico for my claim, and Fix Auto works with them seamlessly. I was able to leave my rental (from Enterprise down the street) at Fix Auto, and they took it from there! Thank you, Fix Auto team!!!

I would give them a 9 out of 10. There was a slight delay compared to the estimated time they originally provided, so that was a little disappointing. However, the overall experience was still very good. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the process. They made sure my concerns were addressed and kept the experience positive despite the delay. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely consider using them again.

Your team did an excellent work on my car. Did the job on time as promised. I would recommend anyone that needs work on their car. Giovanni took care of my car. He is very knowledgeable and very detailed on showing what has to be done. My car bumper was . damaged in a accident . Also they wash and dry the car too which I did not expect. Great work.
