My car looks great. Brooks kept me updated all along with the completion date. Best of all, my car was completed two days early. I always feel welcomed at Brooks and confident in the workmanship. Daniel and Frank are the best at conveying a sense of competence and professionalism.

I am very satisfied with the quality of repair. The insurance that paid for the repair of my car wanted me to bring my car to their designated repair shop but since I received a very satisfying repair in the past at Brooks Motors I insisted on bringing my car with Brooks.

They forgot to touch up a scratch on the bumper from the accident. Aside from that repairs went great

They almost let my car die from charge, I had to call them to make sure it didn’t die. Aside from that very prompt responses. I had to call for progress updates and only received a completed job call from them at the end. Total repair took two months so I would’ve appreciated a call every few weeks just to keep me posted.
