I understand you were/are busy, but we had a 2 week wait to find out after dropping off our car that you hadn’t received all of the parts Then when you got the parts we dropped off the car as instructed and it didn’t get worked on till the following Monday I feel better coordination between parts and drop off would have made for a better outcome
