The only issue I had was when they called me, asking if I had shown up with my car. My car had already been received and I had my documents. I got worried that my car was stolen.

This was my first experience with Browning Collision Center. They did a very good job with the repair. When I reached out, I always got an answer back. I dealt with Henry Gonzalez who was very pleasant. I would recommend them for a job well done.

This is a busy facility. If you want to be overly catered to and have your hand held, do not expect this. But, if you want a good job at a good price, you can expect this.

Henry Gonzalez, my contact person for this repair experience, provided me with updates on the progress at every step of the repair process. His estimate on when the job would be finished was accurate and I was even able to get my car sooner than the expected completion date. Job was also well done.
